Gestoría Manuel Fructuoso

Gestoria Manuel Fructuoso was founded in July 2006, by a young and entrepreneur Lawyer, recent graduate as Administrative Manager. This new project is an expansion of the traditional business established in 1990, Quesada Insurance Brokerage, providing new services to our clients, all types of proceeding and document management before Traffic Office, Agriculture Department, Foreigner affairs, Taxes, Social Security, Harbour Master´s Office, Translations, etc.

At first we had our offices in Calle Caballero de Rodas 40 and in 2021 we moved to our new location in Rambla Juan Mateo 24 bajo with new, more modern and accessible facilities combining experience and renovation.

In 2011, we expanded again the company with a Property Administrator, managing many Neighbour Communities placed in Torrevieja and its surrounding areas.

Since 2021 we have had a legal service offered by several lawyers specialised in Family Law, Criminal Law, Inheritance Law and legal advice.

The professional team that our Gestoría includes Law graduates, administrative manager, lawyers, property administrator, qualified insurance broker and administrative and commercial staff. We offer our clients all kind of management and advisory services; we specialize in traffic management, advice on all types of insurance and management of owner's communities.
